nice photo. Great capture of an everyday moment. Although i do agree that the guy in the background is a bit distracting.....to photoshop!! :P

i have to disagree, i think that the guy in the background gives the shot more activity/context. usually when people sit on their stoop (presumably to escape the heat of their apartment), they will be friendly, and interact with whoever else happens on by. in this shot however, the woman's body language has made it clear that this man walking by will not be acknowledged. without that guy, it would only be a shot of the woman facing the wall. i like it as is
